Emily joined CROP in June 2023 bringing her seven-plus years of experience creating tangible change through project and process improvement in the nonprofit and specifically - reentry workforce development space.
Emily is an effective leader with a commitment to making a positive impact and addressing inequity gaps. This is evident in her collaborative approach and dedication to living with intention, making her a driving force for change in the non-profit sector.
Emily is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a BA in Labor and Employment Relations with additional focus areas in Sociology and Dispute Management & Resolution
