Kat Morgan (She/Her), Director of talent and Culture

Kat is a seasoned People Operations leader with over a decade of experience strengthening mission-driven organizations through strategic people operations and equitable employment practices. As Senior Director of People & Operations at Urban Adamah, she led comprehensive Operations & HR functions for 20+ core staff and over 140 seasonal staff, while driving initiatives that positioned talent, compensation, and organizational culture practices to center people & equity.

Beyond her professional work, Kat has spent ten years actively engaged in the criminal legal system space, serving as a founding board member of Bay Area Freedom Collective and founding a monthly spiritual service program inside San Quentin State Prison. She brings to CROP a unique blend of strategic People Operations leadership and passionate advocacy for justice-involved individuals. Kat is a people person at heart and is deeply committed to creating workplace cultures that champion staff development and advance organizational missions through people-centered operations.
