With over a decade of lived experience navigating the criminal justice system, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in reentry. This personal journey fuels my unwavering commitment to restorative justice and my belief in the transformative power of education, vision casting, and self-determination.
As a Program Coach at the CROP Organization, I am deeply passionate about providing full support to returning citizens as they reenter society and standing alongside them as they begin the process of building out their vision to its fullest potential. Through the Ready for Life pillar of our career development program, I work to empower individuals to break through limiting beliefs, foster personal leadership, and develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive. Our approach blends practical coaching in digital literacy and financial wellness with vision-focused guidance that inspires meaningful, lasting change.
I believe that with the right tools, mindset, and support, every individual has the ability to overcome barriers and create a life of stability and purpose. At CROP, I am proud to assist our Fellows in their transformation and contribute to building stronger, more equitable communities.
