Patrick McNeal joined the CROP Organization in 2024 as a Partnership Associate, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to empowering individuals transitioning from incarceration. With a background in case management and a genuine dedication to helping others rebuild their lives post-incarceration, Patrick's journey exemplifies resilience and compassion.

With a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, complemented by six Associate Degrees in areas such as business administration, social and behavioral science, communication, liberal arts, and anthropology, Patrick has cultivated a diverse skill set that not only demonstrates his intellectual curiosity but also underscores his dedication to personal and professional development.

His previous role as a Case Manager equipped him with exceptional communication, persuasion, and organizational skills, which he now channels into fostering meaningful connections with partners, volunteers, and stakeholders.  Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a desire to leverage technology for social impact, Patrick is eager to contribute to CROP Organization's mission of fostering fair chance opportunities. With a genuine passion for the organization's mission and values, Patrick is eager to make a meaningful impact and drive positive change in the lives of individuals impacted by incarceration.
