With over 15 years of experience in software sales and the tech community, Vember now shares her passion for creating a purpose-driven life in the tech industry. Helping people achieve their goals and grow into their potential has always been a driving force for Vember, and she carries this into a new phase of her career here with CROP. Working to build partnerships across the tech industry and influence CROP’s curriculum, she is dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders to make a positive impact.

Before joining CROP, Vember held various account executive roles at Pendo.io, Zendesk, LinkedIn, LivePerson, and Salesforce.com, where she consistently exceeded sales quotas, built long-term relationships with key decision-makers, and partnered with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions.


Vember brings her wealth of sales experience, passion for mentoring, and knack for building trusting partnerships to CROP. She is excited to collaborate with her colleagues and draw on her background to help shape a curriculum that equips students with both the hard and soft skills needed to drive change in the tech sector and beyond.
