Event Description: Fellows will be introduced to several formerly incarcerated speakers who currently work in tech. This will be followed by a presentation on interview preparation for justice-impacted individuals. Topics covered will include: understanding the job description, common interview questions, behavioral interview techniques, technical skills assessment, body language and presentation, dress code, questions for the interviewer, and follow-up.

Tech Training Building Prep
The latest group of CROP participants is ready to begin their summer program. LinkedIn volunteers help prepare the premises to establish an excellent learning atmosphere. With a $1,500 donation from District Works, volunteers and sponsors prepare the facility by contributing business books for our library, offering technology training, maintaining the building, stocking the kitchen, setting up a coffee station, cleaning the premises, and assisting with gardening.
